Went to catch the movie 'Alvin and the Chipmunks' yesterday with Nic and his little brother, Martin.. I looooooove the movie.. the chipmunks are so adorable... especially Theodore... so chubby and cute... haha.. :)

No longer the need to countdown to the number of days before I get to see Nic... Because he is BACK! he touched down on Monday night... thinking of giving me a surprise.. but instead, I counter-surprised him instead.. and kept my words in bringing him soon-kuehs to fetch him from the airport...

He has been planning and collaborating with his family members on how to keep me in the dark and to get me surprised by inviting me over to his place for dinner and then he will come back home and surprise me.. but i guess his efforts were wasted as I am too smart for his little trick.. or maybe because I knew him thoroughly (inside-out).. hahaha...

Anyway, how I got to know of his plan is due to the following loopholes that gave his secret out:

1. One day, while talking to Tania, she suddenly mentioned that he only got a few days left with her in Melbourne... ah-hah.. I smelt a rat....

2. He accidentally told me that he went to place a time-freeze on my Fitness First Membership.. and mentioned that it was on the 10th.. but he tried to cover up saying that its on the 10th of Jan.. hence, I smelt a bigger rat....

So, wanting to make sure that he IS coming back early, I decided to perform series of investigations...

First, I went to Fitness First e-member website to find out which is the date of his time-freeze.. though the website did not state specifically that the membership has been freezed.. but from the transaction history of my member account, I can see that Nic made a payment of $30 in total for the time freeze (being $10 per month)... so now the truth starts to reveal itself.. $30 means he has frozen the account for 3 months, and counting back from Feb 08 (which is when we will return to Melbourne), the month of freeze should begins in December.. which is this month...

Second, knowing for sure (or maybe 99.99%) that he will be coming back early, the next step will be to find out the exact date of return... I then asked Lena (from luxury tours) to check on Abacus system to see if there's any record of his return.. but as he did not amend through the system, there's no record.. so I decided to call Qantas up.. but Qantas is unable to reveal his flight details unless I have his booking reference... which I don't.. So not giving up, I decided to check his email for clues (cos I am sure if he made any amendments, Qantas will sure email him some form of confirmation).. and then...

Yes!! I got it... in his email, shows an subject line which read "10DEC LEE WEY LEON NICHOLAS MEL-SIN"... hahahaha.. so that's how I managed to know his secret of returning back early...

But the story did not end just like that.. Before Jie (stephanie) called me, I was still thinking probably Nic will want to surprise his family members too.... but cos the some days back, I told her that I will be returning her a jacket early next week (which is this week)... and thus she suspected that I know something... but I wasn't told of the truth until Monday morning when she called me again to make sure that I will be going to his place and that he will be coming back in the night... so then we decided to plot another surprise plan for Nic...

So on Monday night, after buying the soon kuehs, I went to the airport with Kor to pick him.. but in order to give him a surprise, I decided that I should hide myself and jump out on him to surprise him.... so I hid in one of the convenient store next to the exit to the car park, and after they walked past, I crept quietly behind them and sprang out at Nic, giving him a tickle.. haha.. and he was indeed very surprised by my appearance.. haha

Successful!!! heh heh heh....

Alright, that's all for the story.. got to now get ready for gym and class tonight... sigh....

Anyway, been back in Singapore for 2 whole weeks... and during these two weeks, I pampered myself more than any other time in my entire life... well, I had a hair-do last week, went for eyebrow embroidery, did a manicure (cheap & good).. bought myself a pair of earrings from SK (well, no $$, if not I would have gotten a better one.. keke.. maybe that shall be one present from Nic.. ;p)... and ermmm, replaced my wallet and driving licence... Haven't replace my IC yet though, will do so soon.. so lazy to travel all the way to lavendar just to get it done... sigh!!

Now I think its time to tighten my wallet.. but before that, I want a new handphone!! planning to get Sony Ericsson W910i...

Today it rained the whole day.. so irritating.. how I wished I could just stay at home but I can't cos need to attend my lesson for Auditing... so in the end, I went for gym just before my class... and the rain didn't get any smaller even after my gym session, but on the contrary, it suddenly poured heavily just as I stepped out of the gym.. :( Ended up having my legs wet..

After attending today's lecture, I think I got to put in my heart and soul into studying again... how I wish I can just enjoy the whole summer by doing nothing but watching tv at home and relaxing all the way... sigh!!!

Alrighty, shall now watch some tv before turning in for bed..... good nite!

1 week and 4 days without Nic... 60 more days...

Haven't been doing much for the past few days (after my last blog)... my weekly routine is just to go gym, school, and maybe meet up with a few friends.... So far, had managed to catch up with Selene and friends on Thursday for a dinner at New York New York (Citylink Branch)...

During the week, I went for a haircut too... planning to curl my hair when they are much longer... probably got to wait for another year ba... :)

Today, I am going to JB to do a bit of things... but mainly is to go for an eyebrow embroidery. When I told my parents, they were so against the idea, saying that only ah-lians will do that, but I have seen very nice results on Janice and Elaine, and I don't feel that they are lians at all, so I will just go for it.. hopefully the end results are good.... hehe.... that will save me alot of time the next time I go out, at least I won't have to bother to draw my brows already.... :)
