Pentecost Sunday - Good Spirit v Bad Spirit :)

This afternoon I finally stepped onto the streets of Melbourne for my first jogging session (always been going to gym)... didn't really enjoy it though... still prefer treadmill cos firstly it tells you exactly how far/fast you have ran and also no up/down slopes... haha.... so i have decided to join the gym in school from next semester on... meanwhile, will try to jog frequently on the streets....

Darling and I just went to attend the evening mass just now (its Pentecost Sunday.. Gospel is about Holy Spirit.... and during Homily, Father said that we shouldn't be paying too much attention on the "bad" spirit = discouragement, remembering the hurt that other brought to us, and perhaps inferior (can't remember what was the phrase that Father used)... instead, we should be paying more attention to the Good Spirit which will give us Wisdom, Courage, Reverence, and Knowledge.. (a few more of others but can't remeber too.. :p ) anyway, I believe its really important that we should be more forgiving towards people who hurt us and also have more confidence in ourselves... ) isn't it? =)

After mass, we went to Safeway to get some food to prepare dinner.. we bought a frozen pizza, ham, cheese, salad (baby spinach and rockets), alfafa sprouts and some saugages... It was also the first time that we use our oven... but the pizza wasn't that fantastic though.. anyway, its nice to have an oven at home... maybe I will try out some bakings soon... but then it will be such a chore to wash up the kitchen after that.. argh...

hmmm, think that's all for today.. need to go back to the books now.... bye bye! :)

~ah~ another day will pass soon... why is it that time passes so fast? Perhaps its a good thing.. at least I know I will be back home soon. =)

Just went ikea this afternoon to buy some household items... and we finally bought a set of sofa-bed.. now the only item lacking from this house is the TV. haha.. maybe we are really leaving in a luxury.. =p .. its not about staying in an expensive place, just that its hard to rent a house that fits my criteria (which has to be clean!).. this current new place of ours is a good place... as mentioned before, it is very accessible to everywhere.. and most importantly, it looks new and clean.. =)

ok back to today... really didnt get to do much... woke up, did a few pages of reading of my Business Law book, went out to Ikea, came home fixed up the sofa bed, prepared dinner, ate dinner... and now sitting in front of my laptop.. alittle lazy to do anything.. in fact am very sleepy.. but cannot sleep yet.. cos still full from dinner and have yet to do any reading... have to really study hard man.. that's wat i always remind myself.. and I hope that I can be more determined to do so... so lately, have been meeting up with Janice, Phan and Shing to revise for exams.. think its a good way to study.. at least it motivates u to really study as you see your friends busy studying too... (a.k.a. competition)... haha.. human nature... and like a saying in chinese goes, Where there's competition, there'll be improvements... haha.. true!! especially for me....

Sigh... really day after day.. I yearn to go home... I am looking very forward to see my parents, my sister and my rico.. miss them.. miss them so.... :(

Settled down...

We have finally moved!! This is the 3rd day ever since we shifted all the items on Friday... The new place is very comfortable. Everything is very good, just that internet is not up yet. Currently using prepaid internet card to log-on to a 56kbps dial up... abit lagging.... haha...

No pictures yet for the moment as we have yet to buy the TV and sofa.. so wait till the house is "complete", then I will update this blog with more pictures ya!

Now is really getting closer to exams.. only 3 weeks away... Been studying quite a fair bit these days.. aiming to really pass all my units... and of cos if possible, to do well too... =)

Weather is getting real cold lately... perhaps I am still not used to the cold temperature....

Ok, will come and update again when free... Now am just looking forward to end of exams.. haha... =p

Finally .. a new home...

Hey there.. it has been quite a while since I last updated my blog... sorry to those who actually view it.. and I am happy to know that people (or rather friends) are viewing it cos this shows that I am still remembered. =p

Anyway, from the last update, I mentioned that we are looking for a new place to shift as this current place is really far for me to travel to school.. And thanks to God, we have managed to find a good place in a good location. My new place will be located in Glenferrie (Hawthorn) and it is also a one bedroom apartment. Though without any facilities, however it is close to eateries and supermarkets. Most importantly, after shifting to my new place, the time taken for me to travel to school will be reduced by half.. hehe...

Hmmm... its only 1 more month to exams... Am kinda nervous and scared at the same time.. I really wish to do well though... so abit stressing myself out.. anyway, looking forward to end of exams... probably we might go Sydney to have our Pancake on the Rocks and visit the Sydney Fish Market, or we might go to Mt Buller for skiing.... woooo....
