Now sitting in front of the com talking on MSN to Samantha and Kelly... Msged Janice but she no reply.. super bored!

Started the day very early today.. woke up at 5.40am just to go to the gym... attended the BodyAttack class at 6.15am and after that went for a run of 5km on the treadmill... although it was really good to kick start my day with a good workout, but seems like my energy level depleted by the time noon starts... feeling pretty sleepy during class... but when I came home, I can't seem to sleep.. so just watched a bit of show on my com and cooked some dinner... I can't imagine repeating this schedule every tuesdays.. but what to do... no choice... since i can only use the gym until 4pm... sucks!!

Nic went for his tuesday soccer as usual... so am now alone... he wanted me to prepare dinner for him, so I thought I would just fix up something simple.. initially thought I would just cook soup with fishballs, chicken breast and vegs, but in the end the soup tasted more like a stew instead.. so probably he will just have to make do with whatever I cooked.. haha.. but one thing good is that he never complains about my cooking.. only I am the one complaining about his cooking.. but he does cook well... just that I am a fussy person when it comes to eating.. hahaha....

Btw, I watched a show called RSPCA Animal Rescue... and saw cases of abused dogs.. poor thing, I simply don't understand why human beings can be so selfish at times... why do they want to keep them and yet don't treat them with care and love.. no doubt they are dogs, but they are also living things.. and I truly believe that they don't deserve to be treated like objects, but rather should be treated like a living thing with FEELINGS.. yes correct, feeling is the word.. many people forget or neglected the fact that dogs have feelings too... I simply detest those people who doesn't treat their pets with proper care... If they can't be bothered to shower them with love, why keep them in the first place... argh!!! :( angry!!!

Anyway, today is also Samantha's birthday! Happy Birthday my dear friend!.... :)
